Jen comes from a long line of dedicated, knowledgeable and trustworthy jewelers. Her father John established Billerica Jewelers over 40 years ago, starting with just one showcase and building from the ground up. Together, they have built a strong reputation where customer service, quality products, and efficient repairs are always the top priority.
